| Description | The Litchfield Park City Center is a 30-acre mixed-use project to be developed at the northeast corner of Litchfield Road and Wigwam Boulevard within the City of Litchfield Park. The City, as Owner, will contract for all design and construction services for the public infrastructure associated with the project, including a 2.5-acre park.
