| Description | Replacement and installation of 2 boilers at Manaugh Elementary School at 300 East Fourth Street, Cortez, Colorado 81321. * 2 new Lochinvar # PBN1002-M9 natural gas, water boilers * 2 new Taco or Bell & Gossett pumps for primary and secondary piping * 1 air and dirt separator * New CAT IV stainless vent system to match specs for high boiler efficiency * Include all supplies necessary for complete pipe & venting assembly (i.e. controls, connections, wiring, roof penetrations, etc. GAS BOILER INSTALLATION: * Modify existing pipe design and venting to meet specs for new boilers * All supplies and materials necessary for complete assembly of specified system above * Start-up test of units, per manufacturer’s recommendations * To include all necessary inspections, permits and state registrations * Existing boilers to be removed in-house / do not include in your bid |
