Description

Contractors to provide Engineering design, permitting, and all other professional services necessary for the design, permitting, bidding and construction of the Ivey Road Park improvements consistent with the Conceptual Master Plan (Attachment L) 1. Designing and permitting the park infrastructure which includes earthwork, stormwater ponds, paved walkways, asphalt parking, storm drainage, water, sewer, road modifications, etc. 2. Designing and permitting for the construction of the new park features including walkways, activity lawns, sports courts, restroom facilities, lighting, fencing etc.
