Centennial Park Improvements Design Build

Centennial Park was originally developed in 2005-2006 in conjunction with drainage improvements throughout the area. The park has access issues and does not meet Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The goal of this project is to add amenities that complement the current uses of the park while adding other improvements that will continue to bring life to the park. The design and construction management services requested herein are to produce a range of conceptual options with cost analysis for each and a final design with construction level drawings and specifications followed by construction management during construction.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
