Description

SLETTEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY REQUEST FOR SUB-CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS for Merced County Jail Remodel and Expansion and Downtown Replacement Jail 2584 W. Sandy Mush Road, Merced, CA 95341 Sletten Construction is seeking participation from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers. to submit qualifications for this Design-Build Project. Prequalified firms will be invited to bid on the project. Plans call for renovation/addition of existing buildings and the construction of a replacement jail. As of May 9, 2022, design development drawings are underway. Construction is anticipated to commence December 2022/January 2023. The construction manager is currently accepting subcontractor pre-qualification information and will be placing the project out for formal pricing to the pre-qualified subcontractors approximately June-July 2022. Prequalification forms and a mandatory Sensitive Security Information Confidentiality Agreement can be obtained from Sletten Construction by contacting Zach Carter at the email address below. Scopes include but are not limited to: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Framing, Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Miscellaneous Metals, Rough Carpentry, Wood Framing, Casework, Water Repellents, Sealants, Insulation, Weather Barriers, Cementitious Fireproofing, Expansion Control, Hollow Metal Door Frames, Wood Doors, Overhead Coiling Doors, Motorized Folding Doors, Aluminum Storefronts, Windows, Skylights, Glazing, Door Hardware, Metal Framing, Cement Plaster, Gypsum Board, Ceiling Panels, Fluid-Applied Flooring, Resinous Kitchen Flooring, Interior Finishes, Sound-Absorptive Panels, Paint, Signage, Toilet Compartments and Accessories, Lockers, Flagpoles, Miscellaneous Specialties. A project introductory workshop will be conducted by Sletten at 10:30 AM PT, on May 18, 2022, via zoom.
