Description

The project includes providing equipment, labor and materials on a “Time and Material” basis for the installation of water services for the Warminster Municipal Authority (Authority) during the contract period of 730 calendar days. The hourly rates for equipment and labor shall be provided for the categories included in the Form of Proposal. Bids will be compared based on an 8-hour day. All materials shall be provided “at cost” with the specified mark-up applied.
