The Engineer's estimate of the contract total is between $350,000 and $450,000. All work shall be completed within 60 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). A Bidder with a Pre-Bid Inquiry must submit their question(s) in writing to the Torrance Public Works Department. Any and all questions must be emailed to Jess Caballero, Associate Engineer at JCaballero@Torranceca.gov. Please list "Sump Fencing Restoration Project RFI" in the subject line of the email. All questions must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. on the Wednesday one week prior to the date for opening the bids. Questions received after this date may not be considered.
