Description

The scope of work consists of renovating the interior by building two new offices in two existing interior areas. Work includes new storefront windows, walls, flooring, painting, re-working existing ACT light switches, HVAC grilles, thermostats and sprinkler layout. Prevailing Wage Project. Subcontractors are responsible for weekly certified payroll reporting. Note from Marvin Collins Construction: please acknowledge the architect, title, and date of drawings on your bid. Please include your DIR number on your bid. No bids will be accepted without a valid DIR number. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 1-25-2023. a. General Requirements: The Contractor shall provide: qualified supervision; leads; workers and all labor; materials; equipment; services; transportation; insurance; licenses; building permits and all other items and work required to properly execute the intentions of the Contract. b. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Build two new offices in two separate opens office areas. Work includes new store front windows, walls, flooring and paint. Reworking existing ACT, light switches, HVAC grilles and thermostats, and sprinkler layout. c. Intent of Document: i. It is the intent of the Contract Documents to include everything necessary for the proper completion of the project. Work necessary for completion or inferred by the Documents, even though not specifically shown or specified, shall be supplied. ii. Where removal of existing construction is required for performance of any work under this Contract, removal and replacement shall be accomplished whether shown or not. All Questions must be in writing and submitted in BuildingConnected by clicking the Messages Tab, no later than 2 P.M., January 19, 2023
