3.4. The Contractor shall coordinate all services necessary to maintain the system(s) with the VA Police point of contact. Services consist of but are not limited to the following items: 3.4.1. Inventory and recording of system components. 3.4.2. Test and replacing batteries for alarm systems every two (2) years. 3.4.3. Test cables, alarm cables, keypads, door, window contacts, and motion sensors annually. 3.4.4. Test all detectors and all signal units of each system annually
