1. A minimum of thirty-three visits per year for mowing the designated locaons in this proposal. 2. Edging to be done regularly to maintain a professional appearance. 3. Trimming around trees, signs, and structures to maintain a professional appearance. 4. Trimming of shrubs and ground cover to maintain a professional appearance. 5. Removal of clippings and debris from sidewalks and parking areas during each visit. 6. Herbicidal treatment to remove undesired grass and weeds from sidewalks and parking areas. 7.
