As of March 20, 2023 this project is out to bid for a general contractor. This project is the site development and building construction for a new 66,234 sf West Coast Self Storage. Demolition: Selective demolition with Onsite and Offsite. Earthwork: Refer to CIVIL grading plan and Soil Report. Site Utilities: Refer to CIVIL Utilities Plan. Paving: Refer to CIVIL Site Plan. Line and Bumpers: Refer CIVIL Site Plan. Landscaping: Refer to Landscaping Plan. Site Furnishings: Refer to Plan. Fence & Gates: Refer to plan. Concrete: Provide separate pricing for each Building and Site. Concrete Sealer: Refer to finish schedule A5.11. Masonry: Refer to Plan. Structural Steel: Refer to plan. Including all canopies.
