Description

Plaza-Alleyway Replacement and Bollard Installation at the Thomas D. Lambros Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse in Youngstown, Ohio: Work includes, but is not limited to, the existing paver system along Market Street and Front Street shall be removed and replaced with a new architectural paver system that shall be ADA compliant, new landscaping shall be incorporated into the new plaza and remove and replace the alleyway with proper substrate and finish to correct reported past deficiencies within the gated area. In addition, this project includes the installation of new security rated bollards extending along Front and Market Streets within the existing public plaza. The new security bollards will be located on city property and the contractor is required to coordinate with the city for required permits and approval.
