Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer Replacement

In general, the work consists of replacing the existing storm drainage system at the south building of Murphy Library with a new siphonic roof drainage system that will indirectly drain to the City of La Crosse storm sewer system. The project includes new interior storm piping with insulation, new siphonic roof drains, adding overflow roof drains, heat trace for storm piping, roof patching as needed to accommodate new roof drain installation, misc. wall patching and painting on first and second floors, flooring and wall repair where flooding has occurred in the lower level, exterior site work to address new roof drainage system discharging to grade, site grading and restoration, and misc. site electrical revisions to accommodate site work.
