| Description | Scope of work includes the creation of an age restricted manufactured housing park with 150 homes, a community center, recreation areas and other amenities. Project will be done in 8 phases. Phase 1 consists of sitework for 23 pad sites and a 12,000 foot road. As of December 2022, the owner is seeking final Preliminary and Site plan approvals from the City of Biddeford. The owner will act as the General Contractor handling the procurement and set up of the double wide mobile homes. Site Development Contractor is not yet selected and owner is currently accepting pricing. Construction is expected by summer, 2023. |
