Description

The Town of Swampscott is seeking written quotes from qualified firms capable of resurfacing existing asphalt roadway and adjacent sidewalks along approximately 1000 linear feet of roadway. The scope of work is further detailed in the plans and details and includes but is not limited to the following: 2” mill and overlay hot mix asphalt and adjust structures, remove existing and replace with new concrete sidewalk, remove existing and replace asphalt sidewalk, resetting granite curb, installation of asphalt berm, loam and seed planting strip, and all associated site work in a residential neighborhood. All construction services shall be provided in a safe, secure, effective, and efficient manner. DCAMM Certificate.
