*As of November 29, 2022, all trades have been let. This project consist of 519 dwellings with structured parking and a variety of amenities as well as all site improvements. 1 - Rimrock has been selected by SALT Development to be the GC on the Lehi Sanctuary project. 2 - Please note there is an OFCI/OFOI document as part of our bid docs. For those items that are shown as OFCI, Rimrock will need an install number for that scope of work. On your quotes to us, please note whether a particular scope is furnished and installed or just labor. 3 - There is a hard RFI deadline on July 26th. This will give the architects time to respond with a written addendum and still maintain our anticipated bid date noted above. Please send us your RFI’s as soon as you note them. We will send the OAE team our requests for answers as often as needed before the cut-off date.
