Elk Mound Middle School Phase 1 Additions and Phase 2 Remodel

i. The Elk Mound School District is seeking bids for the Middle School Phase 1 Additions & Phase 2 Remodel Project as further elaborated within the contract documents. ii. Phase 1 consists of a new gymnasium addition, secure vestibule modification, new parking lots and improvements to site drainage. The work will involve the relocation of the main electrical utility transformer as well as work to the various underground utilities. iii. Phase 2 consists of a conversion of the existing gymnasium to class rooms.
