Built in 1963 with an approximate 12,000 SF footprint, brick exterior, two main floors, and below-ground utility tunnels. The building was used as a county home but has been vacant since the early 2000s and utility connections have been severed. A NESHAP pre-demolition asbestos survey has been completed.
