Friday, May 05, 2023 Notice Content ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Tri-Township Water District 180 State Route 160 Trenton, IL 62293 Sealed BIDS for the construction of Arkansas/Buckeye Booster Pumping Station Improvements Contract B - Emergency Generator will be received by the Tri-Township Water District at 180 State Route 160, Trenton, IL 62293 until June 14, 2023 (Local Prevailing Time) 10:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are expected to be funded in part by grant from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds made available through the American Rescue Plan Act provided through Madison County IL. Neither the State of Illinois or any of its Departments, Agencies or employees is or will be a party to this Advertisement for Bids or any resulting Contract. The Procurement will be subject to regulations contained in the procedures for, the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Act (404sc 276a - 276a7), and the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570). Bidders are also required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in 41 CFR 60-4. The submission of a proposal or bid by the Offeror in response to this IFB or RFP constitutes an acknowledgment of and an agreement by the Offeror that it understands and will comply with the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Act (404sc 276a - 276a7), and Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act. A Payment and Performance Bond is required in connection with this project, said Bonds shall specifically provide that the Principal must pay all sums of money due or to become due for any labor in accordance with the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Act (404sc 276a - 276a7).
