Supply and install a 480V, 10-ton Ruud (or equivalent) heat pump. Supply a angle iron stand to elevate the unit off the ground surface. The supply air duct will adapt from the unit and tie into the existing cooler duct at the wall penetration. Duct in the return air duct through the wall and install a return air grill, Unit shall have a manual outdoor air damper The exterior duct will be internally lined with insulation. Supply and install new thermostat mounted by the return air grill and supply and install a garage door interlock to shut down the A/C when the door is opened. Supply and run all necessary electrical for the new unit and provide new outdoor disconnect. Check unit for proper operation after installation. Supply Location Personnel with operations.
