Description

The Contractor shall provide quarterly inspections scheduled with the Facility Representative and shall be coordinated in conjunction with the scheduled monthly generator test. Visits for performance of work shall occur in the months as follows: Quarter 1 – July; Quarter 2 – October; Quarter 3 – January; Quarter 4 – April. The first inspection upon award shall also include an annual complete service of the emergency generator in compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations; including oil and filter changes. A. Oil and filters meeting manufacturer’s original specification shall be included as part of this contract. B. Removal/disposal of used oil and filters, as well as other items/debris during contract, shall be in compliance with Federal, State of Indiana, and Local regulations and shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
