Total Maintenance and Repair Services for Hvac Equipment and Automatic Temperature Control Systems Questions shall be submitted by E-mail to Michael Connor at the following address: michael.p.connor@das.nh.gov. Only the names of the vendors submitting responses and pricing will be made public. Bid results may be viewed electronically. The term of the contract shall be for a period of three years beginning on January 1, 2023 or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later, through December 31, 2025. The contract may be extended for an additional term of two years at terms and conditions acceptable to both parties. Any such contract extension shall be subject to approval by Governor and Council.
