RFP Contractor - Great Streets - Main Street

The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The Anticipated contractor selection will be on November. All contactors Must request the plans directly to City of Burlington, so that you will be added to the plan holders list. Your bids will be disqualified if you are not on the plan holders list. Please do not distribute any plans on the City's behalf. The City of Burlington Department of Public Works ("City") is seeking proposals for the Great Streets - Main Street Reconstruction Project. Electronic proposals from pre-qualified contractors. The scope of the work consists of the reconstruction of roadway pavements, curb, and sidewalks; construction of streetscaping elements and amenities; replacement of signs and pavement markings; replacement of water and sewer infrastructure; and installation of underground conduit duct banks and bus shelters.
