Description

Base Scope of Work: o Add on a full garage bay (approximately 14 foot wide and 60 foot long) and a lean to (approximately 12 foot wide and 18 foot long), both to come off the 10 foot height of existing building that will be South of where the other two garage bays are (outlined by red lines for location where bays will go). o Add 4 overhead lights in the additional 14 by 60 foot bay o Install standard height (7 foot) garage door with opener. o Next to the full garage bay, build lean to off building and price it both without a door and enclosed with another automatic garage door. o Must include passage from existing building into addition where permitted. o Tie into existing drainage or provide additional as needed o Building should include gutters with gutter guards o Color to match existing garage bays o Wire builidng to have receptacles every 10 foot on each side o Contractor must receive approval from Mod Manager before submitting invoice. o If any unknown issues arise during the performance of work, and issues need to be addressed in order for work to be completed in a satisfactory manner, please notify MCHA immediately to address the issue. o The contractor shall be responsible for all repairs for any damage of building(s), drives, fences, landscaping, etc. caused by their employees or vendors during the work process. All repairs shall be made to owner's satisfaction at contractor's expense. If the condition is not remedied to the satisfaction of the Authority, liquidated damages in an amount equal to the expense to restore the condition acceptable to MCHA will be assessed against the contractor as a deduction from the contract price.
