Description

As of August 16, 2023, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. Phase 3 requires the documentation, cataloguing, dismantlement, removal, restoration and reinstallation of designated items and finishes. Included are wood paneling and trim in three suites, designated interior and exterior light fixtures, handrails, auditorium seating, wall plaques. and an exterior vault alarm. Designated items are to be removed concurrent with Phase 1 Stabilization under a separate contract, which includes abatement of ACM, lead and mold contaminates; Phase 3 Preservation contractor will be responsible to develop and maintain stringent safety precautions.
