| Description | The project scope for the 2021 Town Road Improvements will be to reconstruct the roads to the limits shown on the plans, including preparation of erosion control plans and application, mobilization, traffic control, and erosion control implementation, installation of a temporary mailbox stations, sawcut existing pavements, removal of existing pavements, common excavation, EBS, dense graded base course, new manhole castings and new interior chimney seals, CMP Culverts, 30” mountable concrete curb and gutter, new asphaltic concrete pavement with asphalt quality management (QC), gravel shoulders, reset existing mailboxes, and restoration. |
