Description

The project is located in the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado. The work is primarily within residential neighborhoods and open space near South Street. The work consists of construction of approximately 10,524 linear feet of Cured In Place Pipe within existing 8-inch diameter vitrified clay sanitary sewer pipe with approximately 151 service taps. Pavement removal and replacement, and replacement of curb, gutter, and landscaping disturbed during construction as necessary to restore site following any open-cut point repairs. Public notification, traffic control and erosion control as required to complete the work. Owner will pay for third party testing. Contractor will provide samples from every segment for independent material testing by Owner.
