The project will consist of construction of Sludge Conditioning Improvements including: Installation of two Owner Furnished belt filter presses and related equipment Installation of two Owner Furnished gravity belt thickeners and related equipment Installation of Owner Furnished lime stabilization equipment and related equipment Installation of Owner Furnished control panels and related equipment Lime silo improvements Demolition Temporary sludge conditioning services Building improvements Electrical equipment and service I&C equipment and service Paving Incidental related work. 11625 regarding utilization of MBE/WBE firms; the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon Act, and Section 436 of P. L. 113- 76, American Iron and Steel. Bid Security: Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the base bid.
