Description

The work included under this Section consists of furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials associated with erosion and turbidity control and environmental, wildlife and turbidity monitoring and reporting needed throughout the construction of the project. Contractor shall be responsible for erection and maintenance of all required erosion and turbidity control devices best management practices (BMPs) in accordance with the Construction Plans prior to the start of construction. Contractor shall be responsible for preparation and implementation of and adherence to required construction turbidity monitoring plans and USACE Permit SAJ-2014-02406-CMW and FDEP ERP 41-0328524-007-EM, 41-0328524-006-EM, and 41-0328524-004-EI requirements.
