The CDE is soliciting bids for the inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair services for five (5) electrical double-sided doors leading to the commercial drive-in refrigerator and freezer, located at the Nutrition Services Division s Sacramento Distribution Center, 401 North 3rd Street, Sacramento, California 95811. Contract Period: June 1, 2023 (or upon DGS approval) - June 30, 2024 One-Year Option to Renew: July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 One-Year Option to Renew: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 Any conflicts, omissions or errors in the IFB or questions concerning clarification or interpretation of the IFB, shall be brought to the attention of Contract Analyst Alejandra Ramirez, aramirez@cde.ca.gov, (916) 319-0412.
