Description HUBZone Small Business. This service contract demolishes buildings 516 and 520 at the MCRC Stewart Enclave in Newburgh, NY. Both buildings are former barracks built in 1942 of approximately 6,600 SF each with 2 stories above ground and full basements. The buildings are wood frame structures with concrete masonry infill and asphalt shingle roofs. The foundations are a structurally reinforced concrete slabs. Hazardous materials surveys will be provided for each building. Demolition will include removal and disposal of all building contents, building demolition, and site restoration to that of a level grassed lawn.
