| Description | The project consists of restoring three of the low roofs (installed in 1997) with applying a restorative coating for a manufacturer’s warranty. The restoration consists of removing the existing ballast, conducting a thermal scan, replacing any wet insulation and installing new perimeter flashings & roof drain flashings, resaturant and gravel for a watertight roof system. Repair work on the high roof, soffit asbestos abatement, new soffit installation and replacing the front entrance lighting is also included as alternates. |
