Fire Station No. 2 - City of Ardmore

CA #00908 The project consists of the construction of a new Fire Station No. 2 for the City of Ardmore. The freestanding building of approximately 6,600 sf is constructed of CMU walls with brick veneer, PEMB shop framing and pre-engineered metal trusses over the living area. The roofing is standing seam pre-finished metal with metal soffits. Interior partitioning is CMU and metal stud walls.The interior safe room shall be constructed of reinforced CMU and reinforced concrete lid. The building shall be connected to a generator. The reinforced concrete drives and parking lots shall be included in the Base Bid proposal with and Add Alternate for a concrete drive to the south. Refer to the contract documents for all work including Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical.
