River Oaks Regional Stormwater Capture Project

The Project generally involves an approximately 5-acre site located in North San Jose at the River Oaks Pump Station and Detention Basin along the Guadalupe River between River Oaks Parkway and Skytop Street. This project involves the retrofitting the existing stormwater detention basin to provide regional large-scale treatment for stormwater runoff. The project will install sediment forebay, bioretention basin, perimeter trail, boardwalk viewing platform and other recreational amenities. Engineers Estimate: $9,800,000.00 Bidders must submit questions or requests for information concerning any part of this bid in writing to the City via online.
