Description

The Ultimate goal of the project is to find a permanent solution to resolve the temperature and humidity issues for the lab spaces which would allow the lab equipment and associated processes to operate within specific tolerances. Scope of work to include: 1. Provide load study and use that information to design and install new HVAC and Controls Building renovation. 2. Remove and replace existing lab exhaust fans. Certify fume hoods. 3. Test and balance airflows in entire facility once work is completed.
