Description Replace existing 20-ton McQuay condenser unit and Evaporator at Carver Middle School 1. Lock and tag out electrical unit. 2. Include any permits if required. 3. Recover and store refrigerant from existing system., Refrigerant to be turned over to owner at project completion if owner so chooses to accept it, otherwise refrigerant to be removed from site at Contractor's expense. 4. Remove existing high and low voltage wiring. 5. Disconnect all refrigerant and plumbing lines. 6. All refrigerant piping to be fully evacuated and pressure tested. 7. Remove and legally dispose off site of existing unit. 8. Provide, deliver, and install new 20-ton condensing unit. Contractor to include crane or other necessary hoisting equipment. 9. Set new unit on existing curb. If unit does not fit on existing curb, contractor to provide new rubber mounted curb beside existing curb. 10. Replace condenser on the roof.
