Gateway Monument Signs Phase 1

Question Deadline via ionwave: December 14, 2022 Location: The Project has 2 work locations: (1) near the intersection of Fazzino Lane and SH 21 on south side of SH 21 located on the TAMU RELLIS Campus within an easement and (2) near intersection of Deer Hill Dr. on SH 6 between southbound frontage road and main lanes within TXDOT Right of Way in Bryan, TX. The City anticipates the scope of work for the Project to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items: Coordinate all construction activities per TXDOT requirements to ensure a safe construction site. Construct gateway monument sign at Highway 6 location Construct gateway monument sign at Highway 21 location Install all necessary electrical conduit and wiring to power the lighted signs Clean up site and coordinate with Owner to establish vegetation on all disturbed areas All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
