Demolition: Remove all interior walls, doors, ceilings as noted on the demolition drawings. Note items to be salvaged/protected for reinstallation. NOTE: Window abatement scope of work. 2. Protect/Remain in place: a. Existing soffit at library entry as shown on Architectural Drawings. b. Existing fin-tube radiators as noted on Mechanical drawings. 3. Salvage for reinstallation: Manual window shades. 4. Base Bid: Interior renovation of existing library and auxiliary spaces as shown on drawings. General Trades, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical work required. Accessories and Furniture items to be provided as noted in drawings and specifications. Alternate #1 (G-1): Interior renovation of existing Student Lounge as shown on drawings. General Trades, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical work required. Asbestos Abatement of existing windows as shown. Partial exterior wall removal, installation of new lintel and storefront required. 6. General: Interior finishes may be damaged during removal of existing storefront and door framing. Patch as needed to match adjacent materials, prime and paint. Prep, prime and paint all exterior window lintels. 7. Owner to provide: Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment as shown on drawings. Coordinate installation with Owner.
