All questions and comments received after the Friday before the week of the Letting will be documented, but a response will not be provided. Proposals shall only be submitted electronically as specified in the Specifications; and shall be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the indicated amount in the form of a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond on the form issued by the Department.
