| Description | Preventative Maintenance/Technical Support for Power Plant and Boiler Controls. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) is seeking bids for Preventative Maintenance/Technical Support for the Power Plant and Boiler controls. This includes calibration of pressure and temperature transmitters, oxygen analyzer calibration, control valves, modulating electric actuators, combustion setting of natural gas & oil burners and BMS safety limit testing of MMHI's Power Plant. MMHI intends to use the results of this process to award two (2) Contracts. |
