Demolition of House at 7810 Beach Road

The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes for the demolition, disposal and clean up of the single dwelling at 7810 Beach Rd, Chesterfield Va, 23831. See attachment A for more details and Specifications. All asbestos material has been removed. The complete Request for Quote can ONLY be viewed by logging into PInG with a registered vendor account. Setup of a vendor account is free and is required to view the complete solicitations and submit a quote. Only quotes submitted through PING by a registered vendor will be considered. Quotes submitted by any other method such as paper responses, faxes This work shall consist of disconnecting utilities, closing wells, demolishing building(s), removing materials from the right of way, and removing improvements and material unsuitable for use in roadway embankments from vacant parcels and other areas within the right of way. The County reserves the right to designate parts of the building and/or building contents it wishes to retain prior to the commencement of demolition. The County will be responsible for removal of any items it wishes to retain.
