This project is for the replacement of the current automatic doors at both the North entrance (two sets) and South entrance (two sets) of the Novi Civic Center. 1. Demo of existing doors and frames and removal of debris 2. Microprocessor Controls 3. Activation per ANSI 156.10 4. Medium Stile Doors with Horizontal Midrail 5.10” Bottom Rails 6.Center Pivot 7.Finger Guards 8.Thresholds 9.13/4” x 4 ½” Frames 10.Dark Bronze Anodized Finish 11 1/4Clear Tempered Glass 12.Caulking 13.Reuse existing power 14. Power on, off and hold switch to be include at each set of doors 15 .Repair concrete under thresholds as needed for a smooth and level surface 16. Safety barricades and caution tape will be always used 17. Site must be secure at the end of each workday 18. A minimum of 2-year Warranty of Parts and labor
