AITE RTU Repairs for Stamford Public Schools

This bid is subject to Board of Education Policy #3300. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. The Board of Education is an Equal Opportunity BID DEPOSIT: 5% This Bid Specification was prepared to solicit sealed bids on behalf of the Stamford Public School Facilities Department from qualified responsible mechanical contractors. Work shall include furnish and install of six (6) ERV VFDs, one (1) Combustion Blower Assembly, and one (1) ERV Motor. Work includes demolition, mechanical, electrical work as needed to remove existing equipment and install new equipment, start-up/commissioning, and maintenance staff training. Below is the list of roof top units involved in this Bid. Contractor required to submit lead time on materials within two (2) weeks of receipt of purchase order and signed contract.
