Plans call for the construction of a new retreat center: Phase 1 consists of a 13,112 square foot retreat center with an outdoor pavilion, an office building, a splash park and pool Phase 2 consists of a 14,880 square foot boat storage complex Phase 3 consists of a zipline facility As of February 14, 2023, plans have not been submitted to the City of Springdale. Information regarding the selection of an architect and general contractor has not been provided. A firm timeline has not been determined.
