HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Replace three (3) 12.5 ton HVAC units at the DENA NASEB. The proposed units are Trane Voyager 2, or approved equal. The existing packaged units must be properly recycled. 2. Properly dispose of all refrigerants (R-22) and provide recycling receipts to the FAA. 3. Remove all existing exterior ductwork and replace with new ductwork. 4. Install new electrical components for HVAC the units including but limited to new Conductors, Conduit, Circuit breakers and GFCI outlets for servicing the new HVAC units. 5. Install a new lead/lag/stand-by HVAC controller. 6. All HVAC units, ductwork, electrical components, controllers, and any other items installed in this project must meet all relevant federal, state, local, and any other codes specified in the drawings and this statement of work
