Police Complex and Parking Garage

Tellepsen is the design-build construction manager for this project. It is a 3-story 58,000 SF renovation of a 90+year old abandoned building next to the HPD Property Room building at 1202 Washington Avenue and a new 7-level 235,000 SF 600 car structural double T's - precast parking garage behind the property room building. The food service equipment is on the architectural plan A-422. The furniture/equipment plans are on the architectural AQ plans. Total Cost The project is non-taxable and it will have all of the City of Houston Wage Rates, "Pay or Play" Worker Health Insurance Regulation & MWDSBE Requirements and all other City of Houston standard requirements for working on City projects.
