Description | The City of Tampa seeks Design-Build Services for a New Multi-Bay Fleet Maintenance Building for the Wastewater Department (WWD) at the Howard F. Curren Treatment Facility located within the Port of Tampa, 2700 Maritime Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33605. Estimate; $8 million - $16 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
