| Description | It is the Bidders' responsibility to set up an appointment with the Site Manager or their designee, to determine the specific requirements of all aspects of the site, in relation to the service to be provided. Please refer to IFB, page 4, Section 6. Site Inspections for more details. Three professional references attesting to at least three years of comparable experience is required for the business or its principals. Contractor shall provide all applicable insurances.
