Description | Scope of Work for Metal Roof Replacement Truck Bay: 1) Mobilize and set up fall protection 2) Remove existing metal roofing and wood purlins to expose top chord of truss 3) Install new 5/8” Advantech tongue and groove on existing truss top chords (1750 SF) 4) Install grace ice and water shield on eaves (2 rows) and synthetic breathable underlayment for the remainder of the roof area 5) Install new exposed fastener 26-gauge PBR roof panel with all associated accessories for a complete installation (1750 SF) 6) Remove all fall protection and demobilize for work site Scope of Work for Interior Ceiling Replacement in Truck Bay: 1) Mobilize 2) Remove existing surface mounted ceiling lights and MC cable and store for reinstallation later 3) Remove and store top track and overhead door operators for reinstallation later 4) Remove existing plywood ceiling, vapor barrier, and insulation in attic to expose trusses located in truck bay (approximately 1550SF) 5) Install new 6 mil vapor barrier on ceiling with new rafter vents in each truss bay 6) Install new ½” OSB on ceiling in truck bay 7) Install 15” of green fiber cellulose insulation in attic space and build an attic access hatch in a spot to be determined. 8) Spray ceiling with an oil-based primer and one finish coat (white) 9) Reinstall existing lights and MC cable as previously located 10) Clean up and demobilize Scope of Work for Truck Bay Wall Replacement: 1) Mobilize 2) Remove exposed electrical devices on wall and store for reinstallation later 3) Remove upper portion of overhead track only to be able to remove existing OSB and insulation 4) Raise existing header coming from truck bay to maintenance area as directed by owner 5) Remove existing OSB, vapor barrier, and insulation around all exterior walls (approximately 1500 SF) 6) Install new Kraft-faced R-21 batt in all exterior walls in truck bay 7) Install new ½” OSB from floor to ceiling 8) Paint new OSB with an oil-based primer and one finish coat (white) 9) Reinstall electrical devices and track for overhead doors 10) Clean up and demobilize |
