Various Roadways Resurfacing

Resurfacing of the following roads in Crawford County, Ohio, totaling approximately 4.95 miles: Marion-Melmore Rd. (CR 1) (2.47 mi. x 21.0 ft.) Monnett-New Winchester Rd. (CR 19) (2.48 mi. x 20.0 ft.) The work for which proposals are invited will consist of resurfacing the roadway with Asphalt Concrete, Item 441 (448); Tack Coat, Item 407; and Traffic Paint, Item 642, as per specifications of Contract No. CC04 (2023). Date set for completion: September 15, 2023 All proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid or a bond for the full amount of the bid, payable to the Crawford County Commissioners in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Prevailing wage rates for this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in the Ohio Department of Commerce's website. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, or to accept any proposal that is deemed most favorable to Crawford County.
